1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 cups mashed potatoes

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Melt butter in skillet, add garlic and sauté 1 min.

Add shrimp, cook until pink. Remove shrimp.

Pour in cream, simmer until thickened, season.

Return shrimp, coat in sauce, and serve over mashed potatoes.
