1 lb chicken sausage, sliced

1 1/2 cups orzo pasta

3 cups chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan

2 cups spinach

2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.

Add garlic and orzo, toast for 2 minutes.

Pour in broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 10 minutes until orzo is tender.

Stir in cream, parmesan, spinach, and sausage. Cook until spinach wilts.
