2 chicken breasts, shredded

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup onion, diced

1/2 cup carrots, sliced

1/2 cup celery, diced

6 cups chicken broth

2 cups egg noodles

1 cup heavy cream

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, melt butter. Sauté onion, carrots, and celery until tender.

Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Stir in noodles and cook until tender.

Add shredded chicken, cream, salt, and pepper.

Simmer 5 more minutes and serve warm.
