Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, shredded

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup onion, diced

  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced

  • 1/2 cup celery, diced

  • 6 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups egg noodles

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. In a large pot, melt butter. Sauté onion, carrots, and celery until tender.

  2. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

  3. Stir in noodles and cook until tender.

  4. Add shredded chicken, cream, salt, and pepper.

  5. Simmer 5 more minutes and serve warm.
