2 large chicken breasts

1/2 cup cranberry sauce

4 oz brie cheese, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp rosemary

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Slice a pocket in each chicken breast.

Stuff with brie and cranberry sauce. Secure with toothpicks.

Rub outside with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Place in a baking dish and bake 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
