Cranberry Brie Stuffed Chicken: A Gourmet Weeknight Favorite

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts

  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp rosemary

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Slice a pocket in each chicken breast.

  3. Stuff with brie and cranberry sauce. Secure with toothpicks.

  4. Rub outside with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  5. Place in a baking dish and bake 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
