  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Oil for frying


Instructions

 

  1. Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Coat chicken in seasoned flour.

  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken 6–8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
