4 bone-in chicken thighs

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Oil for frying
Instructions

Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.

In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Coat chicken in seasoned flour.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken 6–8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
