1 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp instant coffee (for Irish Cream flavor)

2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy.

Add eggs, vanilla, and instant coffee.

Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Scoop onto baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes.
