2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

Wooden skewers
Instructions

Soak skewers in water for 20 minutes.

Marinate chicken in olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice for 30 minutes.

Thread chicken onto skewers.

Grill 10–12 minutes, turning until cooked through.
