1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced

1 packet fajita seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 cups cooked rice

Optional: shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken with fajita seasoning until cooked through. Remove.
2️⃣ In same skillet, cook peppers and onion until tender.
3️⃣ Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, peppers & onions, and toppings.
