2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup salsa

½ teaspoon cumin

4 large flour tortillas

Oil for frying
Instructions
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, salsa, and cumin.
2️⃣ Place ¼ of the mixture in the center of each tortilla. Fold sides and roll tightly.
3️⃣ Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4️⃣ Fry each chimichanga seam-side down until golden and crispy.
5️⃣ Drain on paper towels and serve warm with sour cream or guacamole.
