1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/4 cup salsa (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Brown beef, drain, and stir in taco seasoning.

Roll out crescent dough and press seams to form a rectangle.

Spread beef over dough, sprinkle with cheese.

Roll up jelly-roll style and cut into 1-inch slices.

Place on baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
