  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 1/4 cup salsa (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Brown beef, drain, and stir in taco seasoning.

  • Roll out crescent dough and press seams to form a rectangle.

  • Spread beef over dough, sprinkle with cheese.

  • Roll up jelly-roll style and cut into 1-inch slices.

 

  • Place on baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
