1 lb ground beef

2 cups cooked rice

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned, drain grease.

Stir in soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix with cooked rice and transfer to a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
