Ingredients

  • 1 lb refrigerated cheese tortellini

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef (like ribeye or sirloin)

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

1️⃣ Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef, season with salt & pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, melt butter. Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until soft.
4️⃣ Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and provolone cheese. Cook until cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
5️⃣ Add beef and tortellini back in. Toss to coat and serve warm.
