4 salmon fillets

3 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, and Dijon.

Place salmon on baking sheet, season, and brush glaze on top.

Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
