4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cup chopped steamed broccoli

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.

In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheese, and garlic powder.

Stuff each breast and secure with toothpicks if needed.

Season with salt and pepper, sear in oil on both sides, then bake for 20–25 min.
