8 small flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup salsa

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.

Heat the shredded brisket in a skillet or oven until warmed through.

Assemble tacos: fill tortillas with brisket, then top with lettuce, onion, salsa, cheese, and cilantro.
