Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water


Instructions

 

  1. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Shape into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned.

  3. Add mushrooms and broth; simmer 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until gravy thickens.
