1 lb ground beef

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions

Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Shape into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned.

Add mushrooms and broth; simmer 5 minutes.

Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until gravy thickens.
