Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 onion, sliced

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add chicken, season with garlic powder and black pepper, and cook until browned.

  • Stir in peppers and onions, cook for 4–5 minutes until tender.

  • Pour in soy sauce, stir well, and cook 2 more minutes.

 

  • Serve over rice or enjoy on its own.
