1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1/2 onion, sliced

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken, season with garlic powder and black pepper, and cook until browned.

Stir in peppers and onions, cook for 4–5 minutes until tender.

Pour in soy sauce, stir well, and cook 2 more minutes.

Serve over rice or enjoy on its own.
