4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 medium zucchinis, sliced

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place chicken in a baking dish, arrange zucchini and tomatoes around it.

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Bake for about 25–30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.

Sprinkle feta over the top before serving.
