2 cups cooked crispy chicken (tenders or nuggets)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tsp sriracha (optional)

1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions

Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

Assemble bowls: rice on bottom, chicken on top, drizzle with sauce.
