1 lb ziti pasta

1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

1 lb ground beef

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook ziti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

In a skillet, brown the ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then drain.

In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, marinara sauce, and beef.

Spread half the mixture in a 9×13 baking dish. Dot with spoonfuls of ricotta, then sprinkle with mozzarella.

Add remaining pasta mixture and top with more mozzarella and parmesan.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
