  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and tender.
