1 cup old-fashioned oats

3/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup finely chopped apple
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream butter and sugars, then beat in egg and vanilla.

Mix in oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Fold in apples.

Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes.
