  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1 cup diced apples


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8 pan.

  2. Mix oats, flour, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.

  3. Stir in melted butter and diced apples.

  4. Press mixture into pan and bake 30–35 minutes until golden.

  5. Cool before cutting into bars.
