  • 1 package gnocchi (16 oz)

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

 

  1. Mix pumpkin, cream, garlic powder, mozzarella, and Parmesan in a bowl.

  2. Stir in gnocchi until coated.

  3. Place mixture in an oven-safe dish that fits air fryer basket.

  4. Air fry at 375°F for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
