1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 onion, sliced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

4 hoagie rolls
-
4 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook peppers and onions 5–7 minutes until tender.
2️⃣ Push veggies to one side, add ground beef. Cook and crumble until no longer pink. Drain if needed.
3️⃣ Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix veggies and beef together.
4️⃣ Spoon mixture into hoagie rolls, top with provolone.
5️⃣ Place under broiler 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.
